⚫︎知性・理性というものは、説明をし、説明を受け付けるところから始まる。そこには、やはり、冷静さというものが必要だ。

⚫︎相手の発言に対する自分の理解を確認する方法は、相手の述べた内容を自分の言葉に置き換えて、相手に尋ね、相手の反応を見る。
